About
Hi, I'm Liz.
For over 10 years, I've led complex operations, international market launches, and cross-functional programs at companies like Klarna, N26, Delivery Hero, and the World Bank. I was the one who made things work: managing large teams, untangling messy processes, and delivering results under pressure.
But I also learned that being great at execution doesn't mean being seen as a strategic leader. I was caught in the execution trap: indispensable to the team, invisible to the people who made promotion decisions. When I started reflecting on what had actually shifted in my own career, I began to see the patterns I'd been missing — how visibility and positioning work as a system, one I had long ignored.
"Indispensable to the team, invisible to the people who made promotion decisions."
The more I talked to other professionals, the more I saw the same pattern repeating. Talented people doing exceptional work, yet stuck in the same place I had been. That's why I became a visibility advisor. I now work with senior operators to close that gap by reshaping how their work is understood inside the systems that determine career progression.
I'm passionate about helping people grow, and about growing myself. That's also why I teach a Udemy course on project management for beginners, and why I'm a certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator, running workshops in both English and Spanish to help people practise talking about their achievements out loud.
